I see by the post that ends with, “Pain
is the only thing that endures,” that Michael found my other blog.
That blog wasn't really meant to be found: it was/is me working
through the loss of a friendship in an uncensored format. I started
the blog the weekend after my friendship ended. It was the product
of pain, and most of that weekend, I spent working on the blog as a
way to do something to let out what I was feeling. I know I could
have used NIMM to post my broken musings, but it didn't seem
appropriate. I wrote those posts knowing that what I was writing
wasn't a complete picture, and was not completely true – that it
didn't reflect what is true of our friendship.
Also, I've drafted most of a real post, so look for it within the next week.
Now I feel like a jerk. Nah, I don't. Sorry to hear about such unfortunate events. I will be praying for you, brother. Whether it be losing friends or not having any (I have experienced both, sadly) just know that I will always be there for you (no homo.....mostly).
ReplyDeletelooking forward to the post and to skyping soon
